                                                                 Tapping Locations

Spot 1: Karate Chop Spot. This spot is used only at the start of a sequence; it is considered a preparation spot. Side of either hand up from little finger.
Spot 2: Beginning of eyebrow (do not tap on eye).
Spot 3: Outer corner of eye, on bone (do not tap on eye)
Spot 4: Underneath the eye (do not tap on eye)
Tap on the orbital bone (the bony structure beneath the eye). Tapping should be gentle on this spot, the tissue is delicate under the eyes Spot
Spot 5: Directly beneath the nose, above the mouth.
Spot 6: Directly beneath the mouth.
In the indentation of the chin.
Spot 7: Collarbone spot. Make a fist and thump lightly on this spot so that your fist (fingers toward your body)covers the area just below one of the little points of the collarbone. Using your whole fist ensures that you are stimulating the entire area; it is therefore not necessary to be precise at this location.
Spot 8: Underarm. About 4 inches down from your armpit on the side of the body. The exact position is not essential.
Spot 9: Top of the head, near the front of the head.

EFT Tapping Sequence
Start tapping using the tips (pads) of one or two fingers on the spots indicated. The tapping is done in an easy and effortless manner with gentle pressure. While tapping say something nice about yourself.

1. Start with the Karate Chop Spot.
2. Beginning of eyebrow (do not tap on eye).
3. Outer corner of eye, on bone (do not tap on eye).
4. Underneath the eye (do not tap on eye).
5. Directly beneath the nose, above the mouth.
6. Directly beneath the mouth.
7. Collarbone spot.
8. Underarm, below armpit.
9. Top of the head, near the front of the head.
